I’ve dedicated the past 8 years to helping people achieve optimal health through the power of nutrition, and I’m proud to say that I’m a certified nutritionist with a passion for fitness and wellness. My journey began in 2016, when I earned certifications from INFS and K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences. As a devoted mother and dentist, I understand the importance of balancing our physical health with our daily lives, and I'm excited to share my expertise and enthusiasm with you!

Struggling with my own weight was a real challenge. But I wasn’t gonna let it get the best of me, so I decided to take charge of my health. I started following a structured diet and a weight training program, and boy, did it make a difference! Not only did I see a change in my body, but my entire lifestyle improved too. With the growing curiosity about the role of nutrition in our lives, I went on to study nutrition in various institutions, and guess what? I’m now passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve their health goals. 

 

It brings me so much joy to help people transform into their best selves. I've had the pleasure of completely changing my clients' relationship with food & boosting their confidence. It's incredibly rewarding to be able to guide others towards a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Plus, the best part? I get to take care of myself too! There's nothing quite like the feeling of helping others while also making strides towards my own wellness goals. It's a win-win situation!

At the core of my philosophy is the belief that knowledge is power! Which is why I'm all about empowering my clients with the tools and the education they need, to make informed decisions about their diet and lifestyle.
